Over a decade of teaching Umhlanga to dance
Ember Movement Studio was founded in 2012 by twin sisters Priya and Anjali Naidoo — competitive dancers who spent a decade dancing together on South Africa's national circuit before opening a studio of their own on Durban's north coast.
That competitive edge shows in everything Ember does: structured, disciplined, and genuinely invested in every dancer who walks through the door — from their first class to the championship stage.

Every year since 2016, Ember dancers have competed at the SA Youth Dance Championships — winning back-to-back titles across categories.
